Using the left entrance, a couple of sidesteps are necessary to navigate the left passageway to the altar.

If you try to use the same move from the right entrance, you'll get stuck in the upper-right corner.

The key to exiting is to make a small loop so that the gateways are open when you get to them. The central part of this temple is symmetric, so the solution through the left entrance below can be mirrored to leave via the right entrance.

While you cannot enter via the right entrance, you can exit that way, as the upper-right corner is no longer a trap when passing through from the central part of the temple.

You cannot exit in the same way through the upper-left corner. It is not a trap, however, as you can get back to the central part of the temple.
